At The Re-Cyclery, we believe in the power of bikes to transform lives and hope to foster a safe and inclusive space for our community to be able to explore the world of cycling in all its forms. Whether you're looking for a new ride, need a tune-up, or want to volunteer, you’re helping us further our mission to inspire confidence, build connections, and provide outdoor adventures for kids in the Charlotte area. Every purchase and donation goes directly toward the maintenance of the Re-Cyclery and especially the community benches along with all our other cycling programs, making cycling more accessible to all.

We love our building! The mural that covers the facade of Charlotte Re-Cyclery was created with a placemaking grant from the Charlotte Urban Design Center. Spanning 114 feet wide and 15 feet tall, the artist Natalie Robinson collaborated with both youth and adults through workshops and community painting days to bring the mural to life. The final artwork serves as an inspiring reminder to hold on to your inner child, capturing the joy and creativity of all who contributed to its creation.
